SHANGHAI SEALION MACHINE TOOL CO. Ltd owns two decades of export excellence in the machine tool industry. Sepecializing in lathe(both vertical and horizontal), boring & milling machine, CNC machining center. We cater to a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, and precision engineering.

With a strong focus on technological innovation and quality control, our products are renowned for high accuracy and reliability. Over the past two decades, we have accumulated rich experience in overseas sales, exporting our advanced machine tools to numerous countries and regions, such as Italy, South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Sir Lanka, Russia, etc.

The prodcution facility is located in Shanghai. Based on 30000 sqaure meter plant, we manage to satisfy all demands on our customers. Our professional team is committed to providing excellent 7x24 online after sales service and tailor-made technology support, ensuring customer satisfaction. We strive to continuously enhance our product range and manufacturing capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the global market.

Our prodcution facility is equipped with three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines (CMM), laser interferometer testing instruments, and ball bar testers. We provide a series of detailed accuracy test reports and photo reports before shipment. Sealion machine support online inspection and on-site inspection.

Once the machine is well assembled in the customer's site, we will have a training programmed inside the machine tools factory for workers and engineers. The training will include how to use the machine from both the mechanic side and the electric side, how to fix the machine when you are facing some small problems, and how to service the machine to get a better machine lifetime. We will prepare the easy-damaged parts list with the details for quick service.

Machine retrofitting: with our experience in machine tools assembly, we help you to do the machine retrofitting when you move or sell it to others, make sure the machine is right assembled.
Assembly repair: once your machine is unstable after some years, you may need an assembly repair work for the machine, which is what we do to keep your machine value.

Existing Machine Tool Accuracy Testing Equipment Includes:

Coordinate measuring machine (cmm):

It can perform precise inspections on the dimensions, shapes, and geometric tolerances of workpieces, thereby fulfilling tasks such as part inspection, contour measurement, and process control.

Ballbar:

It conducts precision tests on the dynamic contour accuracy of cnc machines by performing circular arc movements.

Laser interferometer:

It is used to test the positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy, backlash, angles, straightness, and micro-displacement accuracy of cnc machines.
