Benchtop layout with integral bed, fixed columns and side-mounted spindle box.

Cross-type coordinate structure for table guideway.

Composite guideways/heavy-duty roller linear guideways are available, and the composite guideways are fully ground.

Integral auxiliary guideways are added to the bed to extend the lateral travel of the machine and to ensure good rigidity of the bed

The bed column guideways are fully ground.

A-type with fixed facing head, spindle axis system adopts three-layer structure (facing head spindle, hollow spindle and boring spindle), boring spindle is made of high-quality nitrided steel 38CrMOAIA, hollow spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel, the axes system structure is rigid and high-precision.

High and low spindle speed control, spindle quasi-stop function; the main feed axes are driven by independent AC servomotor through ball screw drive.

Optional automatic tool magazine system to increase effeciency.
