Features Of Square-Slide Gantry Machining Center

High Rigidity High Precision High Torque

This series adopts fixed gantry frame and table moving structure, featuring high rigidity, high precision, large torque and good dynamic characteristics.

 

HT300 Casting

The key parts such as bed, column, saddle, spindle box and table are all made of resin sand molding, high-strength and high-quality cast iron, with good stability and small harmonic wave.

 

Multi Axis Simultaneous Control u class accuracy

Heavy load on table. The table is highly resistant to vibration during heavy cutting. Excellent flatness of the workpiece in finishing operations.

 

Wide variety of processing methods anda wide range ofapplication scenarios.

Ideal for aerospace, rail, wind power, mold and die, and a variety of other industrial parts. Easily perform complete five-sided milling, drilling, boring, reaming, reaming, countersinking, tapping and more by adding by adding one or more optional heads.
