Sealion Table Type Boring Mill can do the boring of large size holes, turning face, and cutting grooves. These machines can be CNC or conventional type.
This machine is a new product with our own designing and manufacturing based on Floor Type Boring Milling Machine with D.R.O. model no TX6213AF.
We maintain the advanced configuration of the original product, such as separation of transmission from Japan YASKAWA servo motor drive system, ball grid digital display measuring, and electronic hand wheel operation. We improve the linkage of the heavy rotary working table to be fixed and equip the back column. Those characteristics make the machine to be a high applicability product. It not only have the capacity of machining perforated box-like horizontal boring machine, but also the capacity of machining large, heavy workpieces like a floor-type boring machine.
Siemens 840D system is an optional accessory in this machine. It achieves to control 6 axes and linkage control of 4 axes after link with CNC rotary table.
This machine is suitable for drilling, enlarging, boring, grooving, and plane milling workpieces of heavy machine, construction, mining, motor, shipping, steel and military enterprises, etc. You can extend the machining range after equipped accessories.
